As a yarn artist, I appreciate the help in understanding shapes and ideas using Red Heart's Ponies Pattern. This pattern challenged me to create many pieces that came together into one project. I actually completed 6 of these. With a change here and there, each one of the 6 have the appearance of different personalities. 

It's easy to change the size of these by changing your hook to be bigger or smaller and use the complimentary yarn with it. The pattern called for plastic pellets to weigh down the legs to prevent the head from making it fall forward. I found small pea stones in my garden instead of buying pellets. I hope you enjoy this pattern as much as I did.
