Cool Breeze Baby Afghan Pattern

Crochet this amazing baby blanket called the Cool Breeze Baby Afghan. This is using the Soft Baby Steps yarn by Red Heart and is incredibly soft. It measures 38" x 42" and is really quick to make. Feel free to substitute your yarns with America's favourite yarns like Red Heart Super Saver or equivalent.

I had a hard time deciding which of the colours I wanted for my afghan, so I decided to put many of them into the afghan. This makes the baby blanket to be highly adorable plus unisex too!

In this pattern, you will notice that I did 1 Fan Line, 1 DC Line and then 1 Fan Line with each section of colours. The white lines are the DC lines in between the fans. I think it's the white that really makes this blanket fabulous. I used less than 1 ball for each colour depicted in this afghan.

The free instructions are available at Cool Breeze Baby Afghan by Red Heart.

spiritThis is the Spirit of America Crochet Afghan by Red Heart. This is completed with Red Heart's Super Saver. Red Heart yarn product, especially Super Saver, is considered America's favourite choice of yarn and is probably the most inexpensive yarn on the market today. I think this design is lovely and I really like the play of the colours with the blue and whites.

Crochet Flowr Throw Free Pattern

Flower Throw Hexagon Afghan

I mentioned on Facebook a few weeks back about Diva Dan working on his very first afghan project. This is it right here, the Flower Throw Crochet Pattern.

I will level with you, I didn't expect Diva Dan to finish this once he got started. It required at total of 82 hexagons. At the beginning of this project, he wasn't a quick crocheter but he learned skills within this project and about half way through I couldn't help but notice that he was speeding along on his journey.

Diva Dan opted for 4 colours but wasn't the same as depicted here. He also decided not to be symmetrical. He chose to do an abstract where the colours ran into each other in spots and etc. You really can't make any sense of his afghan for a pattern because there are none.
